Laura's hospitality made our stay exceptional. Snacks and coffee in the common area were a lovely touch. The room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had a fantastic view. The location in Trastevere felt local and allowed us to walk to excellent dining options and attractions. However, we did face some noise from the street and the self-check-in process had a few hiccups that could be improved. Communication with Laura was quick, but it would have been nice if she checked in on us during our stay. This hotel had a lot of charm but could use some attention to soundproofing and the check-in experience.

Street noise was unbearable during my stay!!! The mismanaged taxi reservations and cold tile floors left me uncomfortable throughout. Improvements needed in someone being available to address issues and general room maintenance!!!

Had a fantastic time with my friends! The location is perfect for exploring local restaurants and enjoying live music by the Tiber. Don't miss out on the beautiful riverside sights. The staff offers handy local recommendations and the common area is great for chilling after a day out.
We faced some challenges with self-check-in during our stay, which could be improved for future guests.

It was just a good match for a fleeting pause in Rome with good price value. I appreciated that the plugs by the bed didn't work, but I could charge my phone on the other side of the room. Bring earplugs for the road noise.

The food offerings were delightful, especially the variety of cakes each morning, showcasing a thoughtful touch. Local restaurant recommendations made it easy to savor the cuisine, and the proximity to public transport simplified our excursions. The common area provided a cozy atmosphere for unwinding with a book, but noise from the main road was a slight concern at times during our stay. It would have been better if the amenities could have been more noticeable.

The location was perfect for our family adventures, with easy access to the Tiber's lively banks, where we enjoyed music and delicious food. Having our own sitting area made it even better for family bonding. Thanks to Laura's recommendations, we found local spots that everyone loved.
In my wife’s opinion, a bit more fresh fruit at breakfast would be great.

Our family was highly disappointed during the three nights at this hotel. The so-called luxury suite turned out to be a scam, with a view of a gas station and constant street noise that made sleeping impossible. Save your money and choose a different place.
