Laura's hospitality made our stay exceptional. Snacks and coffee in the common area were a lovely touch. The room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had a fantastic view. The location in Trastevere felt local and allowed us to walk to excellent dining options and attractions. However, we did face some noise from the street and the self-check-in process had a few hiccups that could be improved. Communication with Laura was quick, but it would have been nice if she checked in on us during our stay. This hotel had a lot of charm but could use some attention to soundproofing and the check-in experience.

Street noise was unbearable during my stay!!! The mismanaged taxi reservations and cold tile floors left me uncomfortable throughout. Improvements needed in someone being available to address issues and general room maintenance!!!

My stay at Palazzo Baj In Trastevere was quite enjoyable. The location in Trastevere allowed for easy walking to various attractions, including the Colosseum and numerous restaurants. I appreciated the clean and well-maintained facilities, and the comfort of the Superior Double Room was commendable. Additionally, the assistance in arranging airport transport was invaluable, making the entire experience smoother and hassle-free.

I had an amazing stay! The rain shower was a highlight, and the comfortable bed made my nights restful. Just be prepared for some noise from the street!

It was just a good match for a fleeting pause in Rome with good price value. I appreciated that the plugs by the bed didn't work, but I could charge my phone on the other side of the room. Bring earplugs for the road noise.

The memory foam mattress in our Superior Double Room made for a restful night's sleep, while the fully soundproof rooms allowed us to enjoy our stay without any disturbance. The property's location in Trastevere is fantastic, offering delightful dining options close by and a convenient walk into the city center.

Our family was highly disappointed during the three nights at this hotel. The so-called luxury suite turned out to be a scam, with a view of a gas station and constant street noise that made sleeping impossible. Save your money and choose a different place.
